Worked with various organizations, Bill Scott led User Interface Engineering and UX Design Team at Meebo and Netflix. He is a regular speaker on topics of design and engineering and co-author of the O’Reilly book Designing Web Interfaces. He has also worked as a consultant for start-ups and fortune 500 companies, co-designed one of the first JavaScript Ajax libraries also wrote one of the first games for Macintosh in 1985.

Scott Davis: Scott Davis has been the spark of GIDS for seven years. Author of the book “Groovy Recepies: Greasing the Wheels of java: and two IBM developer Works article series, Scott Davis writes about future of java development in Groovy and Grails. He takes public and private classes on Groovy and Grails for start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. Along with GIDS, Scott is a regular technical speaker and presenter on conferences of No Fluff just Stuff, java One, OSCON, TheServerSide and QCON
